The law office of DE BROECK - VAN LAERE & Partners is a member of World Link for Law. World Link for Law is a leading international association of law firms. It was established in the late 1980s and now comprises a network of 66 law firms in 40 countries worldwide. It is one of the largest international law networks in the world.

Finding a lawyer in another country, with the appropriate specialist experience, who operates high quality standards and speaks your language, is time consuming and often very difficult. Whether you are a company director needing such support or an individual, World Link for Law is able to help.

You may be involved in an international acquisition, merger or a joint venture. Perhaps you are considering the distribution of your products internationally and need to know what the legal implications are in different countries. It may be that you are establishing a base abroad and need trading and employment contracts drafting. On a more practical level you might simply be in dispute with a foreign company, or need to recover money from an organisation in another country. You may need to protect your intellectual property in another country or on the internet, or you may be acquiring real estate or commercial property.

World Link for Law provides a broad range of services and each member is well connected to other local independent professional advisers (such as accountants, business advisers, tax consultants or property consultants) who are able to provide you with a complete solution for your business needs.

The international network comprises dedicated law firms and lawyers who, with their many professional contacts, act as facilitators of international legal and professional services for the international business community or individuals needing a lawyer in another country.

With their established Quality Code and harmonised IT and communications systems, their objective is to provide service excellence and creative business solutions. Their structure also enables them to provide cost effective services, particularly to small and medium sized companies who are involved in international trade or expansion.
